Amazon Subscriptions focuses on boxes in beauty, grocery, lifestyle, toys, and more from Amazon and third-party sellers.


Subscription product pages did not provide enough flexibility to sellers and did not scale to support a variety of product propositions while also requiring manual setup from our marketing team. In the end, the product proposition was still unclear, which lead to negative customer reviews.


We've completely redesigned subscription product pages, and updated product ingestion flows to inspire purchase for a variety of subscription types. We focused on ensuring that our detail pages are scalable and effectively communicate product value propositions while providing the right amount of information to inspire a purchase.


Scalable design helped to support existing sellers' product proposition and attract new sellers to the platform. After the redesign, the page setup required no marketing team support. New detail pages were also accessible and delightful to our customers.
